This cape dress is in good condition.  The fabric is tropical breeze.  The color is maroon with small grayish flowers.  This dress features a zipper in back, a collar, tie backs, shoulder pads and one small decorative button on each sleeve.  The sleeves are around elbow length.  The dress has one center hidden opening for nursing.  The measurements are length from shoulder to waist is 19", length from waist to hem is 34", armpit to armpit is 25", and the waist is 23 1/2".  There is no elastic in this dress.  No flaws were noticed.
