This sleeveless dress is in good condition.  It is 60% cotton - 40% polyester and is machine washable.  There is smocking on the chest and it has three buttons and tie backs on the back.  There is also an elastic hair bow that comes with this dress.  We neglected to include it in the picture.  The dress size is 6X with measurements of 25 1/2" long and 13" across the chest.  No flaws were noticed.
