This sleeveless dress is in good condition.  It is 100% cotton.  The chest has smocking on the outside and is lined on the inside.  There are four buttons and tie backs on the back.  The size is 4 with measurements of 25" long and 11 1/4" across the chest.  No flaws were noticed.
