Where do you get your clothing inventory? TOP
We get our inventory from family, friends, consignment shops, and online shopping.
We are very picky about our items. If a seller does slip a stained or torn item in on us, we make the decision to send it back or keep it for our "Needs TLC" section.
Our items are carefully gone over and if found to have a flaw, it will be stated in the description and priced accordingly. Will my purchase come from a smoke free environment? TOP Yes!! Please keep in mind, we can't vouch for the honesty of the person we bought it from. But rest assured that when we do our buying, we make sure to question the seller about the environment the items are coming from. For the safety of our customers here at Katieann's, we refrain from making purchases from those types of environments. What is your replacement policy for damaged items? TOP If the package is damaged, do not accept delivery. Contact your local post office for further instructions and let us know as well. If the item inside the package is damaged with no visible damage to the package, please contact us for further intructions. What is your return policy if I do not like the item(s) I purchased? TOP
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. There is a no return policy on items purchased from our "Needs TLC" section. As far as the other items on our website, they are returnable as long as they are returned in the same condition as when you purchased them.
You must make contact with us within 5 days of receiving your item(s) stating your dissatisfaction. Returns must be made within 10 days or you will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
You will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the item(s). What is your return policy if the item was misrepresented on your website? TOP Items that were misrepresented by us can be returned for a full refund if done so within 10 days of receiving the item. There again you must contact us for further instructions. There is a no return policy for items in the "Needs TLC" section. Do you ship internationally? TOP
We will actually ship anywhere. But the shipping charges that appear on our website are for the lower 48 US states only. If you are outside the lower 48, please email us prior to placing an order for the recalculated shipping charges.
If you are outside the lower 48 states and you do not contact us in advance of placing an order, your order will automatically be cancelled. We will not ship your order! What type of payments do you accept? TOP We accept money orders and Paypal payments which include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Debit Card. We also accept cash on delivery for local customers. What shipping company do you use? TOP We usually choose USPS for small to medium packages. The larger packages may be better sent via UPS. |
