Payment & Returns
Payments:
Our preferred method of payment is PayPal but we do accept Credit/Debit Cards and Money Orders.
For local customers we do accept cash at time of pickup or delivery.
Returns:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. There is a no return policy on items purchased from our "Needs TLC" section. As far as the other items on our website, they are returnable as long as they are returned in the same condition as when you purchased them.
You must make contact with us within 5 days of receiving your item(s) stating your dissatisfaction. Returns must be made within 10 days or you will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
You will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the item(s).
Items that were misrepresented by us can be returned for a full refund if done so within 10 days of receiving the item. There again you must contact us for further instructions. |
